Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Grant Roofs USA website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Grant Roofs USA provides roofing services including but not limited to residential roofing, commercial roofing, solar panel installation, roof maintenance, and related construction services nationwide across the United States. All services are subject to a separate written contract or agreement.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided through our website or in person are for informational purposes only and are subject to change based on:

• On-site inspection and assessment
• Actual scope of work required
• Material availability and pricing
• Permit requirements and fees
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during the project

Final pricing will be provided in a written contract before work begins.

Licensing and Insurance

Grant Roofs USA is a nationwide licensed, bonded and insured roofing network and maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all work performed. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

Warranties

Warranty terms vary by project and are specified in individual contracts. Generally, we offer:

• Good Tier: 5-year workmanship warranty
• Better Tier: 10-year workmanship warranty
• Best (Grant Certified): 15-year workmanship warranty

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate Grant Roofs USA or its employees

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grant Roofs USA or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

Communications and Contact Consent

When you submit your name, telephone number, email address, property information, or other information through Grant Roofs USA, you are requesting information regarding roofing-related products or services and/or requesting to be connected with a roofing contractor.

By submitting your information, you expressly agree that Grant Roofs USA and the roofing contractor matched with you may contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided regarding your roofing inquiry, roof inspection, roof estimate, appointment, or related roofing services. Tapping the button on a form is your electronic signature for this agreement.

Communications may include telephone calls, text messages, and emails. Calls and texts may be made with automated technology, and calls may use a prerecorded or AI-generated (artificial) voice.

Your consent to receive calls, text messages, or emails is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending upon your request, appointment status, and communications with Grant Roofs USA or the roofing contractor matched with you. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Roofing Contractor Matching

Grant Roofs USA may connect you with a roofing contractor for purposes of responding to your request for roofing services, inspections, estimates, appointments, or related information.

By submitting a request, you authorize Grant Roofs USA to provide the information you submit, including your name, telephone number, email address, property address, and information concerning your roofing request, to the roofing contractor matched with you so that the contractor may respond to your request and communicate with you regarding roofing services.

Your information is not being submitted as consent for an unlimited number of unrelated businesses to contact you. The authorization described above applies to Grant Roofs USA and the roofing contractor matched with your request, subject to the Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions.

The matched roofing contractor may be an independent business and is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, services, communications, estimates, contracts, workmanship, and compliance with applicable laws.

Follow-Up Communications

After you submit a roofing request, Grant Roofs USA and/or the roofing contractor matched with you may make reasonable follow-up attempts concerning your request, including attempts to schedule or confirm an appointment, provide requested information, determine whether you remain interested in roofing services, or otherwise respond to your inquiry.

The fact that a consumer has not responded to an earlier communication does not necessarily mean that the consumer has withdrawn consent. However, all applicable requests to stop communications or revoke consent will be honored as required by law.

We work to keep our communications from becoming abusive, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

Opt-Out and Do-Not-Call Requests

You may ask Grant Roofs USA to stop contacting you at any time, by any reasonable method. Words such as "stop," "don't call me," "remove me," "unsubscribe," or "don't contact me" are enough.

• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to a text message. For assistance, reply HELP. We may send one final text to confirm your request.
• To stop calls or any other contact, tell a representative that you do not wish to receive additional calls, use our Stop Contacting Me page, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact us at (833) 386-2570 or support@grantroofs.com.

Grant Roofs USA will process applicable opt-out and do-not-call requests in accordance with applicable law, as soon as reasonably possible and no later than ten business days after we receive them. Your request applies to all calls and texts from Grant Roofs USA.

We may keep your telephone number or other information on a suppression list for the limited purpose of ensuring that your opt-out preference is respected.

Where appropriate, Grant Roofs USA may communicate an applicable opt-out or suppression status to the roofing contractor matched with your request.

An opt-out from marketing communications does not prevent communications that are legally permitted or necessary for other purposes, such as responding to a communication you initiate or administering an existing transaction, where permitted by law.

Email Communications

By providing your email address in connection with a roofing request, you agree that Grant Roofs USA and the roofing contractor matched with you may email you regarding your inquiry, estimate, inspection, appointment, roofing services, and related communications.

Where required, marketing emails will provide an appropriate method for opting out of future marketing emails.

Accuracy of Contact Information

By submitting information to Grant Roofs USA, you represent that the telephone number and email address you provide belong to you or that you are authorized to provide them and receive communications at them.

You agree not to knowingly provide telephone numbers, email addresses, or other contact information belonging to another person without authorization. If your telephone number changes or you give it up, please tell us so that we do not contact the next person who receives it.

Privacy and Information Sharing

Information collected through Grant Roofs USA is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to fulfill your roofing request may be shared with the roofing contractor matched with you. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.

Applicable Telemarketing and Communication Laws

Grant Roofs USA intends to conduct its communications in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, which may include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Federal Trade Commission telemarketing requirements, applicable do-not-call requirements, and state-specific telephone solicitation and privacy laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
