Estimates provided through our website or in person are for informational purposes only and are subject to change based on:

• On-site inspection and assessment
• Actual scope of work required
• Material availability and pricing
• Permit requirements and fees
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during the project

Final pricing will be provided in a written contract before work begins.

Licensing and Insurance

Grant Roofs USA is a nationwide licensed, bonded and insured roofing network and maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all work performed. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

Warranties

Warranty terms vary by project and are specified in individual contracts. Generally, we offer:

• Good Tier: 5-year workmanship warranty
• Better Tier: 10-year workmanship warranty
• Best (Grant Certified): 15-year workmanship warranty

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
