What Qualifies as a Roof Emergency?
Active Leaks
Water actively dripping into your building — onto inventory, equipment, electrical systems, or occupied spaces. Even a slow drip can cause thousands in damage within hours.
Storm Damage
High winds, hail, or flying debris that has visibly damaged or displaced roofing membrane. Open sections expose your building to further rain and contamination.
Membrane Blow-Off
Sections of membrane lifted, torn, or peeled back by wind. The exposed deck and insulation will absorb water rapidly, leading to structural damage and mold.
Ponding & Structural Sag
Visible sagging, pooling that exceeds 48 hours, or any structural distortion that suggests the deck may be compromised. Do not walk on a sagging roof.
While You Wait for Our Crew
After calling us, take these steps to minimize damage until we arrive.
Protect people and assets
Move employees, inventory, and electronics away from the leak area. Place buckets or bins to catch dripping water. Lay plastic sheeting over sensitive equipment.
Document the damage
Take photos and video of the leak source, interior damage, and any visible roof damage (from ground level only). This documentation is critical for insurance claims.
Do NOT go on the roof
A damaged roof may be structurally compromised. Wet surfaces are slippery, and loose membrane can hide holes. Leave roof access to our trained crews with proper safety equipment.
Turn off rooftop HVAC if safe
If water is entering through or near an HVAC unit and you can safely shut it down from inside the building, do so. This prevents electrical damage and stops drawing water into ductwork.
Our Emergency Response Process
Call assessment
Our dispatcher gathers details about the emergency — location, type of damage, building occupancy — and dispatches the nearest available crew.
Crew arrives on-site
Our emergency crew arrives with tarps, sealants, fasteners, and temporary patching materials. They assess the damage, stabilize the roof, and stop active water entry.
Temporary protection in place
Before leaving, the crew ensures the building is waterproofed against the next rain event. We photograph all damage for your insurance documentation.
Permanent repair scheduled
We provide a written scope of work and pricing for the permanent repair. Materials are ordered and the repair is scheduled at the earliest availability, with your business operations in mind.
Don't Wait — Water Damage Compounds Every Hour
The sooner we get to your roof, the less damage your building sustains. Call now for immediate dispatch.
